To be clear about its meaning: the tier is a count of cases. Nobody sits a test for it, it isn't an academic award, and it says nothing about the quality of any single result. What it does show is that aligners are routine work across the group, and that kind of routine teaches you how teeth behave, including where aligners reach their limits.

A 3D Preview and a Set Price
On screen you'll follow the planned movement of each tooth, and the price is confirmed on paper. Treat the preview as a plan, not a promise; every mouth reacts in its own way.
Wearing Your Aligners
You move on to a fresh set every one to two weeks, wearing each for 20 to 22 hours daily. Brief reviews every 6 to 8 weeks make sure things are tracking.
Extra Aligners, If Needed
When a tooth falls behind schedule, more aligners are made to bring it into line, at no extra cost.
Holding the Result
Your Vivera retainers are part of the package. Wear them at night, long term, and your teeth won't drift back to their old positions.

Bought on their own, those retainers, the whitening and the hygiene appointment come to £950. Once you sign the plan, the price is locked. Prices reviewed October 2026. Consultation deposit terms: Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. We only hold on to the deposit if you don't attend and haven't let us know.
