Our Use of Cookies
Updated October 2026. What the small files this website saves in your browser do, explained simply, and how you control them.
In Brief
Cookies are small files that websites store in your browser. We use as few essential cookies as we can, and advertising cookies stay off unless you choose Accept on the cookie bar.
| Category | Purpose | When it's placed |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Stores your Accept or Reject choice so the cookie bar doesn't keep coming back | Always |
| Advertising (Google and Meta) | Shows us whether an advert brought someone to the site or led them to book | Only once you choose Accept |
| Other services | Online booking, WhatsApp and maps | Only if you use them |
Cookies for Adverts
Once you accept, Google and Meta may set cookies that tell us which adverts are doing their job. Google Analytics, which helps us understand how people move around the site, follows the same rule: no cookies until you choose Accept, and before that point no identifiers from your visit are sent to Google. If you choose Reject, or simply leave the bar alone, none of these cookies are set, and the site works in exactly the same way whichever you pick.
Other Companies' Services
Some features are provided by outside companies. Our online booking is the Dentally portal, the WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, and Google supplies the map on the getting-here page. When you use any of them, that company may set cookies under its own policy.
Changing Your Mind
To see the cookie bar again, go to your browser settings, clear the data saved for this site, then reload the page. Most browsers also let you block all cookies, but online booking and maps may not then work as they should.
