Colleagues across Clydesdale and the wider county can send implant, All-on-4 and full-arch cases to Dr Davinder Kalsi, and Invisalign cases to Dr Kalsi or Dr Melanie Gray. We provide only the treatment you request, keep you informed in writing, and return your patient to you for ongoing care.Implant and full-arch cases go to Dr Davinder Kalsi, Invisalign to Dr Kalsi or Dr Gray. Your patient then comes back to you.

We update you at every stage, so you always know how far your patient's care has got.
Send Us the Case
Complete the form below or email the practice. Include radiographs, perio charts or photographs if you hold them, so your patient avoids needless repeat X-rays.
We Contact Your Patient
Our front desk confirms receipt to you, then calls the patient to book a consultation with Dr Kalsi, or with Dr Gray for Invisalign.
You Receive a Report
Following the consultation and any CT or iTero scan, the treating dentist writes to you setting out the findings, the options covered and the patient's decision.
Care Returns to You
Once treatment is complete, a discharge letter records what was carried out and the maintenance we recommend, and the patient returns to your practice.
What to Refer
We only treat what the referral asks for. Anything else we notice is reported back to you, not treated.
Your Patient's Dentist
Implant and full-arch referrals go to Dr Davinder Kalsi, who has placed more than 2,000 implants. He meets the patient, plans the case on our CT scanner and carries out the surgery himself. Invisalign referrals can go to him or to Dr Melanie Gray.
Imaging-Only Referrals
Colleagues who plan their own implants or aligners can send patients to us just for scans.

Patients: Book Directly
Patients can arrange an implant, All-on-4 or Invisalign consultation with us without going through their own dentist. No permission is needed, and you can remain registered elsewhere for your routine dental examinations.
The one exception is a scan on its own. X-ray regulations require a clinician to justify every CT scan, so your dentist would need to request it, or Dr Kalsi can make that call at your consultation.
