A single bridge, fixed in place, replaces all the teeth in one jaw, top or bottom, and screws onto four implants; on two of the pathways, six can be used where the bone needs more support. We offer it as four pathways, priced by what your jaw needs: whether teeth have to come out first, what you wear while the implants heal, and whether you'd like zirconia teeth and a custom surgical guide. Four Pathways to a Fixed Arch
Search for full-arch prices around Clydesdale and you'll find very few published locally, and fewer still with a list of what's included. So here are ours. A healed, toothless jaw, failing teeth, and a wish for fixed teeth on the day of surgery each call for different treatment, which is why there are four pathways. Which of them fits is something Dr Kalsi judges from your CT scan, so you'll hear it at your consultation. 1Full-arch prices are hard to find locally. Prices are per arch: having both jaws done means two fees, which your written plan adds together. Whichever pathway you're on, the fee covers the assessment, CT scan and records, 3D planning and written plan, the implant surgery involved, the bridge named on the card and reviews until you're finished. More extensive bone augmentation, sinus procedures, IV sedation (£500 a session) and long-term maintenance are priced separately. If same-day teeth can't be fitted on the day, your pathway fee doesn't change.
We fix the figure in writing first, and you pay in stages as the work goes on. Implants carry a 5-year guarantee for non-smokers who attend hygiene visits every 3 months, which depends on hygiene visits every three months. See every fee
What Holds It In
Every implant position is chosen in advance. Dr Kalsi, who also holds an engineering degree, works it out on a CT scan taken in the building. On the Premium Guided Zirconia pathway, MegaGen's R2 system then turns that plan into a custom 3D-printed guide for the surgery. The implants are MegaGen AnyRidge, a design awarded the CleanImplant Trusted Quality seal. The scan also shows whether four will do or six are needed, a choice that only arises on Same-Day and Premium; Healed Foundation and Staged always use four.Dr Kalsi maps each arch on our own CT scan and fits MegaGen AnyRidge implants, usually four, sometimes six.

The names only describe the number of implants and whether the teeth come out. Which one suits your jaw is a question your CT scan answers.
Your Bridge Options
The permanent bridge is made in one of two materials, and which one you receive follows from your pathway. The prices sit with the pathways above.
Acrylic / PMMA
Acrylic teeth and pink gum on a reinforced base. It looks natural and is light to wear. The chewing surfaces wear down gradually over the years, and a chip can usually be mended here at the practice.

Zirconia on a Titanium Bar
Zirconia teeth layered onto a titanium framework milled for your implants. Zirconia is very hard, so it hardly wears or discolours, and if one tooth is damaged it can usually be swapped without remaking the rest.
Included on Premium Guided Zirconia, or added to Healed Foundation for £2,500 an arch.
