All-on-4 Prices, Itemised
Quotes for a fixed full arch can differ by thousands of pounds across Scotland, and the advertised number seldom matches the final bill. Below we itemise our own fee, explain what can add to any price, and show you how to set quotes side by side.
How Much Is All-on-4 in Scotland, and What Should the Price Include?
Full-arch treatment in Lanark, All-on-4 included, starts from £9,300 per arch and comes in four pathways: Healed Foundation £9,300, Staged Treatment £11,500, Same-Day Fixed Teeth £13,500 and Premium Guided Zirconia £14,950. Prices published by Scottish clinics mostly fall between about £9,500 and £17,000 an arch, yet few spell out what the figure buys. Each of ours pays for the CT scan and the 3D plan drawn from it, your plan in writing, the implants, the permanent bridge and reviews until you're finished.
What Clinics Across Scotland Charge
We went through the prices Scottish clinics put online in 2026. For a fixed full arch, most started at around £9,500 per arch and ran up to about £17,000, with a few adverts pitched lower still. Search for full-arch prices in Lanarkshire and the figures that come up belong to city clinics outside the county, at roughly £12,000 to £22,000 an arch. No practice in Lanark itself appeared in those results.
The bigger issue is what's missing from the numbers. Hardly any clinic breaks its price down. One quote covers the implants but not the bridge; another prices the bridge alone. The scan, the extractions, the temporary teeth or the sedation may be left off. Two quotes that seem £3,000 apart can come out level once the gaps are filled, and the lower one sometimes ends up costing more.
What Every Pathway Includes
Whichever pathway Dr Kalsi recommends, the items below are part of the fee. The next section shows where the four part company. 1
| Step | What's covered |
|---|---|
| First appointment | Roughly an hour with Dr Kalsi |
| 3D imaging | A CT (CBCT) scan on the scanner we have in the practice, and digital records |
| Planning | Each implant positioned on screen, set out in a written treatment plan |
| Surgery | MegaGen AnyRidge implants, placed the way your pathway describes |
| Permanent bridge | The one your pathway names, made from a digital scan |
| Aftercare | Reviews of the surgery and the new teeth until you're signed off |
| Guarantee | 5-year guarantee for non-smokers who attend hygiene visits every 3 months |
There's no charge for the consultation itself. We ask for a £20 deposit, which comes back to you within 7 days once you've been.

Four Pathways, Four Prices
Four questions separate the pathways: do any teeth need removing, what will you wear during healing, how many implants, and which bridge material?
| Pathway | Fee per arch | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Healed Foundation | £9,300 | A jaw already healed with no teeth; four implants; your own denture for about three months; acrylic / PMMA bridge |
| 02 Staged Treatment | £11,500 | Teeth out first, with routine grafting if needed; a temporary denture; four implants after healing; a fixed acrylic / PMMA bridge to finish |
| 03 Same-Day Fixed Teeth | £13,500 | Extractions plus four to six implants at a single appointment; fixed temporaries where suitable 2; a separate acrylic / PMMA bridge later |
| 04 Premium Guided Zirconia | £14,950 | Everything in 03, with more detailed digital planning, a made-to-measure R2 surgical guide and a zirconia-on-titanium bridge |
Healed Foundation patients can swap the acrylic for zirconia over titanium at £2,500 more per arch. Acrylic is cheaper on day one. Over many years zirconia can work out cheaper, as less of it needs replacing. There's a fuller comparison in our guide to bridge materials.
Treating Both Jaws
Because we price per arch, two jaws mean two fees: £18,600 when both are on Healed Foundation. Your two jaws can be on different pathways. Someone with a long-healed lower jaw and failing upper teeth, for example, might have Healed Foundation below and Same-Day above, and the plan adds the two fees.
Some patients have both arches treated on one day under a single sedation appointment. Others start with one jaw and come back for the second when it suits them, which also spaces out the cost. Dr Kalsi can tell you whether the teeth you still have are safe to leave for a while.
Costs Outside the Arch Fee
Once your plan is agreed, the pathway fee doesn't move. A few things fall outside it, and we'd always give you a written price for them first:
- IV sedation. The majority of full-arch patients opt for it. It costs £500 a session, plus £250 for every additional 30 minutes.
- Bigger bone work. Routine grafting is already inside Staged, Same-Day and Premium where it's needed. Anything larger, such as wider augmentation or sinus work, gets its own written quote.
- Treating gum disease beforehand. Any infected gum elsewhere in your mouth has to be brought under control before surgery.
- The zirconia upgrade. Swapping Healed Foundation's acrylic for zirconia on titanium, £2,500 an arch. Premium includes it already.
- Long-term maintenance. Hygiene visits every three months once treatment is finished.
When you look at other clinics, watch for fees that rise with each extra implant, a separate bill for temporary teeth, or the scan charged on top. We do none of those.
When a Low Quote Costs More
A cheap headline price catches the eye, and now and again it's a fair one. In full-arch treatment, though, the lowest figure often has costs tucked away that appear later:
- Gaps in the price. Temporary teeth, extractions or the scan, if left out, get billed afterwards.
- A denture you didn't expect. Some quotes that look like fixed teeth from day one actually leave you in a removable denture while you heal. Ask which you'll have.
- Unfamiliar implant brands. With a system few dentists use, sourcing repair parts in years to come may be difficult.
- No 3D scan. Placing implants without CT planning makes it more likely one ends up in the wrong position.
- Little aftercare. A guarantee means little without proper follow-up behind it.
Putting right a full arch that has failed or was poorly planned almost always costs more than getting it right first time. We describe what we see when things go wrong in our guide to having treatment abroad.
Paying for Treatment: A Written, Fixed Fee
Before anything is booked, you receive a written plan setting out the fee for your pathway, along with any sedation, extra bone work or gum treatment your case needs. Nothing is added once you've agreed it, and payment is due as treatment progresses.
Full-arch implants sit outside the discount on our dental plans, but members get 10% off most other private treatment, including the deep clean and gum treatment some people need before surgery. Once the new teeth are in, Plan B's four hygiene visits a year cover the three-monthly cleaning the guarantee asks for.
Setting Quotes Side by Side
Whether you're comparing us with a clinic elsewhere in Lanarkshire or further away, ask every practice to confirm these points in writing:
- Does the price include the CT scan?
- Are any extractions covered?
- Will the fee rise if I need five or six implants?
- Do I go home with fixed teeth on surgery day, and are they part of the price?
- What material is the permanent bridge, and is it included?
- If an implant fails, what happens and what will it cost me?
- What make of implant will you use?
Set the replies next to each other and the true cost of each quote becomes clear. For single implants, read our guide to implant costs in Lanark.

This guide is general information, not a diagnosis. A dentist needs to examine you to say what is right for your teeth.
