Lanark Implant Consultation: Free, and No Pressure
There's no charge for an implant consultation at Lanark Smile Studios. You meet Dr Davinder Kalsi, the dentist who would carry out any treatment, for an examination and, where it's useful, a 3D scan. You go home with a written plan and a single fixed price, and no one will ask you to commit there and then.
A £20 deposit reserves your appointment, and we refund it no later than 7 days after you've attended. A CT scan, if one is needed, is £160; full-arch treatment fees already include it.

Why You've Come
Whether it's a gap, a denture that moves or a tooth on its way out, and what you'd like to end up with. Your health comes up too, such as medication, diabetes and smoking, though none of these alone rules implants out.
The Examination
Dr Kalsi looks closely at the space and neighbouring teeth, checks your gums and bite, and photographs what he finds so you see it too.
CT Scan, If It Helps
The scan itself is over in seconds. It measures the bone's height and width and locates the nerve and sinus. The charge is £160, and you can have a copy to keep.
All the Options
Options range from an implant or bridge to a denture, or simply waiting. Dr Kalsi tells you which he'd choose in your shoes, his reasons and the cost of each, and if an implant isn't right he says so plainly.
Your Written Plan
It sets out the recommended treatment, the full price and what that covers, how long it takes and how you can pay. Take your time deciding. When you say yes, that price doesn't change.
Who You'll See
Dr Davinder Kalsi, known as Dav, carries out all the implant, full-arch and implant denture work at Lanark Smile Studios. Over more than a decade he has placed in excess of 2,000 implants, and the person who examines you is the person who operates and looks after you afterwards.
Turned Away Before?
Dr Kalsi will review your case free of charge. Being refused once doesn't always mean implants are off the table, as many of the common reasons have a way round them.
Prices If You Go Ahead
You pay nothing for the consultation. Should you proceed, treatment starts at the prices below, with the exact amount confirmed in your written plan.

To book, we ask for a £20 deposit, which we refund within 7 days of your visit. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. We only hold on to the deposit if you don't attend and haven't let us know.
