Our full-arch prices are per jaw, from £9,300 an arch, so upper and lower together count as two arches. ¹ Each jaw is priced on its pathway: Healed Foundation £9,300, Staged Treatment £11,500, Same-Day Fixed Teeth £13,500 or Premium Guided Zirconia £14,950. Zirconia teeth on a titanium bar are part of Premium, and can be added to Healed Foundation for £2,500 an arch. Before anything starts, you'll have the full total, for one jaw or both, in writing. Extractions and routine grafting already sit inside the pathways that involve them; sedation, larger bone work and sinus procedures are listed separately.

Fixed teeth on surgery day belong to our Same-Day and Premium pathways. If they can't go in at your operation, you'd leave wearing a temporary denture, and your fixed bridge would follow once the implants have fully bonded to the jaw. ² Fitting fixed teeth straight away depends on your bone: how dense it is, and how firmly the implants are held as they go in. That can only be measured during the operation itself, so same-day teeth can't be guaranteed beforehand. Your CT scan gives Dr Kalsi a good indication in advance, so at your consultation he'll explain which is more likely for you, and your written plan describes the alternative. Waiting generally means a few extra months before your fixed teeth go in, and the fee for your pathway stays exactly the same.

Not always. A shortage of bone on a flat X-ray doesn't automatically rule implants out. Our CT scanner, here in the practice, measures how tall and wide your jawbone is in three dimensions, which gives a much fuller picture. Depending on the result, the answer could be a shorter or slimmer implant, implants set at an angle into denser bone (a common approach for full arches), or grafting bone, from £535. Should the scan show implants aren't a sensible choice for you, we'll tell you plainly and explain the alternatives, such as a bridge or a denture.

Our implants are MegaGen AnyRidge. The system has earned the CleanImplant Trusted Quality seal, a mark of surface cleanliness that applies to the implant rather than to our practice. Dr Kalsi plans each implant's position using the CT scanner here in the building, and that plan becomes a 3D-printed guide. In surgery, MegaGen's R2 guided system uses the guide to direct the drill, so the implant goes exactly where it was designed. Staying with one established system also means parts should be easy to get for years to come.

Yes, and it's free, as all our implant consultations are. Bring along whatever another clinic gave you, whether X-rays, scans or a quote in writing, and we'll compare it with a CT scan taken here. If someone said your bone is too thin, the 3D images show precisely what's there, and grafting or angled implants sometimes open the door to treatment. You'll get our honest view, even when that view is that the first plan was a good one; our second opinion page explains more.

Often the low figure only covers one arch, or a limited course of between seven and fourteen aligners, or it excludes things like the scan, refinements, retainers and whitening. Before comparing, check what the price actually buys, who pays if extra aligners turn out to be needed, and whether the fee is set down on paper. All of those are part of our packages, and the amount on your written plan is your final bill.
